Our Professional Services Group was created to help businesses maximize their investment in MFP/MFD, print and scanner hardware. Through customized software and network solutions designed to improve productivity and facilitate proper office workflow, Professional Services brings power, management capabilities and optimal functionality to a businesses' day-to-day document workflow.
Professional Services are NOT included in a standard PremierCare hardware service and supply agreement. Various levels of Print, Scan and Document Workflow service are available as add-ons to our PremierCare agreements:
- Initial Set-up and Installation - Configuration of print and scan devices - new installations.
- Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) - Configuration of print and scan devices - post initial installation.
- Extended Services Support - A customized installation of technology offerings that compliment an existing print or scan environment. (Custom form solutions, Custom back-office print solutions, KMnet Admin or KMnet Suite of utilities)
- Document Workflow and Document Management - Support for customized configuration of a Capture, Process and Route workflow of documents as outlined by an approved Statement of Work (SOW). This involves, but is not limited to, custom application interface development for our devices, Workflow Processes, and/or third party route components and databases.
